Reece Pemberton

Reece said ‘Looking back, it's obvious that at the time you don't realise how important it is to get a good foundation in your schooling. I believe that this is on offer at ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥. Great teachers who fulfil their role of assisting students to their full potential. Of course, from the students’ perspective, it's what you make of it. Work hard and take advantage of everything ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥ and the teachers have to offer, and you can be anything that you put your mind to.’ Reece applied for and was accepted to study Nuclear Medicine at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga. Reece is now employed as a Nuclear Medicine Scientist. Nuclear Medicine is a specialised form of Medical Imaging performed in Hospitals and/or private practice where Radionuclides (Radioactive tracers) are used to assess the function (physiology) of all the bodily systems. Reece also performs radionuclide therapy, for problems associated with thyroid disease, palliation of secondary cancer (Bone and Liver), and joint problems.
